Booking and Medical Information
For some treatments and Spa Days credit card confirmation may be required at the time of the booking. Please inform us of any medical conditions, so we can make your experience as comfortable as possible and tailor or advise accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hour notice to cancel any appointment, or the full amount may be charged. We regret that some treatments appointments may be necessary to treat as cancelled for clients arriving more than 15 minutes late or a shortened treatment may be given.
Gift Vouchers
At the Joshua Tree our gift vouchers are the perfect way to show your friends, colleagues or loved ones just how much you appreciate them. All our vouchers are valid for 6 months from their issue date and can be redeemed against any service or retail product of their choice. These vouchers are exclusive to the Joshua Tree and cannot be redeemed at any other Aveda salon.

There is no occasion more special than your wedding day. It takes a lot of organisation and planning to make sure it all goes without a hitch so you can enjoy it! At the Joshua Tree why not let us take the pressure off. From co-ordinating your first bridal hair or make up consultation to organising pre-wedding Spa Days for you and your friends and family (see Spa Day packages for further details) at the Joshua Tree we promise to tailor-make the right package to suit you.
Mother to be
All Aveda’s blended essential oils used in our face and body treatments are safe to be used in pregnancy. However, if you prefer we will use neutral oils. The Hydrotherm massage is especially relaxing and ideal during pregnancy.
Mobile phones
As courtesy to our other guests, please switch your mobile phone off in our Spa Area
Children
Childrens Hair appointments (12 & under) are available Monday-Thursday.
Unfortunately babies and small children cannot enter into the spa rooms.
Please be aware that guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
